    Adding to the chorus here. Permanent WFH is a no brainer. Whether its alternating weeks, or a certain # of days per week, it's gotta stay. Makes the most sense for extreme weather days. Also, when you're kinda sick, can still work, but going to urgent care for Dr.'s note is absurd. It would mean less traffic congestion, more meals at home, more time with family... there's a plethora of benefits. Same with 4-day week: let's lead in health by example, not cowardly cling to the past.
